agnes (nancy) gilfillan, died 21 november 2006 aged 75. Worked in bakers. Nancy lived in paisley
close to some of her family, including daughter carol who is 1 of 3 children. Nancy also had
brothers and sisters close by and some not so close. Nancy passed away peacefully in hospital with
her son and daughter with her, she died of an illness which she had for many years and just got the
better of her.
Nancy is my wonderful nana with 3 more grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. She was always lots
of fun to be around and made everyone laugh, she also loved cooking for everyone, and that included
half the street she lived in. In the end she began to suffer quite a bit so the fun gradually
stopped. Although she was very ill she always thought of other people before herself. My nana was
the best person and i will never forget her.

I know that i never visited you much when you were here but i always think of you when i pass your house. Its strange to think that your not there. I know that my Nana Nettie, your sister, misses you deeply. You's were always together when you's were younger even just going for a wee walk to the town and she misses the times she spent with you.
